The techniques we utilise include Water Jet Cutting and Die Cutting. Water Jet Cutting is the latest technique for cutting a wide range of materials from sponge or rubber through to aluminium and glass. It is particularly suitable for large or awkward components, nesting of odd shapes and fine or delicate work. Our factory is equipped with state of the art CNC machines and rapid custom die cutting presses.
