Westmoreland Mechanical Testing and Research, (WMT&R) Ltd. was launched in April 2003 with the opening of state-of-the-art laboratories in Banbury's Beaumont Road Industrial Estate. The high-tech labs provide a range of standard and special one-off tests for customers in the aerospace, automotive, nuclear, off-shore and medical industries. Most materials, in any shape or form can be mechanically tested and/or chemically analyzed. In the UK, additional to our state-of-the-art core mechanical testing facilities, we also have niche capability in certain areas These include surface engineering technology, bonding, and various corrosion test methods.
