We were established in 1955, and are owned by The Building Services Research and Information Association.
We are a member based non-profit distributing organisation; all our profit goes back into our on-going research programme producing Best Practice Guidance.

Based in Bracknell, we employ 180 people and have offices and associates across Europe, Asia, North America, South America and Australasia.
