Stitched and welded to each customer's individual specifications. Our print production team in Cornwall are experts in their fields and each item is printed, machined and finished by hand. Our state of the art Dye Sublimation print process works by drawing the inks into the fibres of the fabric at high temperature, unlike screen printing where they merely stay on the surface. This means that there is no tendency to crack or fall out when the surfaces are scrunched up for packing.
